Berikut ini cara mudah untuk melakukan proses pemindahan file backup cpanel dari server hosting lama ke server hosting baru. Langkah-langkah mudah dan cepat bisa Anda proses.
CARA TRANSFER HOSTING DENGAN FULL BACKUP VIA FTP:
1. Masuk ke cpanel klien, lewat WHM, atau login cpanel klien.
2. Masuk ke Files > Backup Wizard
3. Klik Backup > Full Backup
4. Pada Generate a Full Backup, Backup Destination pilih Remote FTP Server
5. Isi data-data yang lengkap:
a. Email Address: Isi alamat email untuk menerima status backup
b. Remote Server: Masukkan IP Server Baru
c. Remote User: User akun whm/cpanel Server Baru
d. Remote Password: Pass Server Baru
e. Port: 21
f. Remote Dir: /home
6. Konfirmasi kepada kami (kirim ke email support [at] indositehost.com ) untuk data file backup yang sudah masuk di akun cpanel server baru tersebut, dan akan diproses restore.
